I, also, am not a Gardener.
But, one of My Favorite Things On Crooked Creek
are the Container Gardens that I enjoy designing
and my Master Gardener, "Mr. Ed" enjoys planting!
Until a few years ago,
the Container Gardens On Crooked Creek were designed within terra cotta pots.
Much like the vintage soft buttery yellow pot featured here.
On Crooked Creek's Back Garden has great success with sweet potato vine.
I began following Unique by Design Landscaping & Containers in Edmond, Oklahoma and fell in love with their tall container designs.
Such a joy to find these two tall containers at a ridiculously reduced price
of $14.00 each at a nearby At Home Store!
Each Season,
I use plantings that I know will thrive in our dry, arid climate.
Sometimes,
I add Seasonal decor within and around the tall container planters.
This Spring,
On Crooked Creek, "Mr. Ed" has truly outdone himself
with my design for the tall planters, as well as his succulent garden planter.
This is where the planters began in April of this year. . .
and this is where we are in May & June 2019!
I am already taking note of future designs
for a new 2020 planting season On Crooked Creek!
On Crooked Creek,
Container Gardens are one of My Favorite Things!
Until next time. . .

I get carried away watching Garden answer and all her containers! Mr Ed is a gem!
The gardner is the best and garden containers are so pretty. I should make one for indoors. Sometimes I miss having a house and garden.
Happy September to you both.
