Basking In The Rays. . .

As our days begin to warm on a more regular basis,
I find myself basking in the rays of sunshine On Crooked Creektt.

It is thrilling for me to be able to leave open our full glass storm door
allowing the sunshine to come streaming into our Entry Hall!

In my giddiness,
the warm sunshine fills my soul and I embrace another Season.

My heart is filled with joy,
similar to that as expressed on the faces of these petite bird figurines.

Located within Studio One,
it was time to bring the Conservatory upstairs for a Season.

Filled with three white terra cotta pots,
I simply placed a large faux green hydrangea blossom within each one.

The detailing of the Conservatories wrought iron work is what caught my eye.

Although one could actually begin plantings within the Conservatory,
I've always used faux greenery or foliage for decor.

A simplistic vignette, with a touch of Spring,
fills this space with the promise of the arrival of another Spring.

Basking in the rays of sunshine. . .

Until next time. . .

* * * FYI * * *
Dear Ones,
Just a note of update on the construction of our new Front Porch.

The contractor visited with "Mr. Ed" and I on Thursday, submitted
his bid (which we accepted) and set the day for the concrete demolition
to begin on Monday!

Hopefully, by the week's end, I will have a new Front Porch!

Fondly,
Pat

Lovely entryway vignette, Pat. It has been so nice on this side of the prairie, almost like spring has turned the corner.
Enjoy the weekend!

Pat that ray of sunshine is captured beautifully. I have our front door open too and allow much more of today's sunshine in. Even though the temperatures are still chilly, there's a change and we know spring is on it's way.

Hi Pat,
Really like your pretty conservatory. Looks nice there..........and those
lil birdies........I have some just like them, same color and all.
Yes, it is like spring here in Florida for sure, not sure where you live,
but spring is just such a glorious time of the year.......

I hope I can stay in touch with you because I can't leave comments on the
other type blog that you have, cause I am not on google + or whatever they
call it............
Hope you are doing well, and always get a kick out of hearing from you.

Blessings, Nellie

Left a comment on my blog for you today.

Basking in sunshine is a necessity. I actually feel out of sorts on unexpected gray days.

Thanks for sharing at SYC and enjoy the sun!
